These terms regulate the purchase of mirrors and other products offered on this website. By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these conditions.
3. Product Information
All mirrors are described with their measurements, materials, and characteristics. Images may show slight variations due to lighting or screen settings. For personalized products, the measurements and specifications will be those provided by the customer.
4. Prices and Taxes
All prices include VAT. Shipping costs will be shown before completing the purchase (for national and international shipments). There are no hidden fees.
5. Shipping and Packaging
All mirrors are shipped with reinforced protection, including padding, corner protectors, reinforcements, and special packaging for fragile items. The estimated delivery time will be indicated during the purchase process. If the package arrives visibly damaged, the customer must note it on the carrier’s delivery slip and report it within 24–48 hours.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
6.1. Standard Products (non‑customized)
The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt to return the product without needing to justify the reason. The product must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, provided the mirror was received in good condition.
6.2. Personalized Products
Returns for withdrawal are not accepted for custom-made or personalized products, in accordance with consumer regulations. Returns will only be accepted if the product arrives defective or does not match what was ordered.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If the mirror arrives broken, damaged, or with manufacturing defects, the customer must report it within 48 hours of delivery. In these cases, return and replacement costs will be covered by the seller. Returns will not be accepted for mirrors damaged by the customer due to incorrect use, drops, impacts, or improper handling.
8. Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods are those indicated on the website (card, bank transfer, etc.). The order will be processed once payment is confirmed.
9. Warranty
Products include the legally established warranty. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, impacts, or improper handling by the customer.
10. Applicable Law
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts corresponding to the consumer’s residence.
